Anupam Shah has spent around a decade building across fintech, web3 and AI, as a founder, operator and engineer. He ran payment infrastructure at $60M+ volume in MAS-regulated, SOC 2 / ISO 27001 environments. Before Provingmark he founded and bootstrapped a software development agency to profitability, ran delivery for startup clients, and handed it off.

Provingmark is two people and stays two people. Anupam sells, scopes and signs off on the work before it ships. One engineer writes the code. Net delivery capacity is 30 engineer-hours a month, which is why the firm takes one build at a time and publishes that ceiling instead of letting you find it mid-engagement.

There is no bench, no account manager and nobody standing between you and the person writing the code. What the firm sells is engineering for systems that move money: execution, risk limits, settlement.

Provingmark has not delivered a client engagement yet. There are no case studies on this site and no logos, because there is nothing true to put in them.
