Anupam takes it himself. Bring the actual problem. If we are the wrong shop for it, you will hear that on this call rather than in a proposal.

Most AI projects die between the demo and the real system. We build the half that has to work when the data is messy, the edge cases are real, and someone is going to be held responsible for the output. One named principal reviews what ships.

What we do
Working out what is worth automating, then building it into production. If a workflow does not need AI, we will tell you on the call.
Engineering capacity that arrives reviewed. Priced against written scope, never by the hour, with the IP assigned before anyone gets repository access.
Automation for the processes you cannot afford to get wrong — approval gates on anything irreversible, and an audit trail that explains itself months later.
AI features inside products that already have users: retrieval that respects permissions, evals in CI, and a rollback path that exists before go-live.

Anupam takes it himself. Bring the actual problem. If we are the wrong shop for it, you will hear that on this call rather than in a proposal.
Before anything starts
What we are building, what we are not, what it costs and when it lands — agreed in writing. Nothing is verbal, and nothing begins on a promise of a deposit.
Milestone-billed
Work lands checked before it reaches your branch. Billed as verified work lands, never all up front. Anything outside written scope is a written change order, priced before it starts.
Yours to run
A runbook, the rollback path, and IP assigned outright. No seat licence, no dependency on us to keep it alive.
No hourly billing, no timesheets, no verbal scope. Retainers end on 30 days written notice from either side.
FAQ
We do not publish a rate, because scope is what sets the price and we would rather quote the real thing than an average. What you get instead is a fixed fee against written scope before anything starts, milestone billing as verified work lands, and no hourly rate to argue about. If the budget is the constraint, say so on the call — it is a faster conversation than a proposal.
You do, outright. IP assignment is signed before repository access is granted, never after, by everyone who touches the code — including anything produced with AI assistance. You get the runbook and the rollback path at handover, and no part of the delivery depends on a licence we control.
NDA before repository access, always. Access is read-only until there is a signed scope, and you revoke it whenever you want. We can also describe our toolchain in writing — which tools touch your code, what they see, and what is retained — before you ask for it.
Once scope is signed and the deposit clears, quickly. We deliberately do not quote a start date before that, because a date given before scope exists is a date that moves. What we will not do is start on a verbal agreement — that is the failure mode this whole process is built to avoid.
Written scope means you know what you are getting before you pay for it, milestone billing means you are never paid up in advance of delivered work, and retainers end on 30 days written notice from either side. There is no minimum term hiding underneath.
We do not offer 24/7 cover, an incident SLA, on-call, or a guaranteed replacement window — those need a rota this team does not staff, and promising them would be a contractual claim we could not honour. If that is what you need, you need a different vendor and we will say so on the call.
Anupam has, personally and in the past tense — payment infrastructure at $60M+ volume in MAS-regulated, SOC 2 / ISO 27001 environments, and a prior software agency he built and handed on. This firm has not delivered a client engagement yet, and we would rather you heard that here than found it out later. There are no case studies on this site because there is nothing honest to put in them.
